Who we are
The data controller is the Delac Foundation, a private philanthropic foundation. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect on this site
- Newsletter sign-ups.If you submit your email on the home page or in the footer, we store it solely to send you the Foundation's quarterly notes. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Application data.When grant applications open in early 2027, the form will ask for your organisation's details, your project, and a budget. We use it only to evaluate the application and retain it for as long as the grant relationship continues, plus seven years for audit purposes.
- Contact-form messages. If you email us through the contact form, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up.
- Anonymous traffic analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. We see only aggregate statistics — page views, country (not city), referrer, device class.
What we do NOT do
- · We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- · We do not run advertising or behavioural-tracking pixels.
- · We do not set cookies for analytics.
Your rights
Where applicable data-protection law (such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation) gives you rights to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
Service providers
This site is hosted on Vercel (EU region). Newsletter delivery is handled by our email provider. Analytics is handled by Plausible (EU-hosted). All sub-processors are bound by GDPR data-processing agreements.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will publish the new version here and bump the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the quarterly newsletter.
