How it works

A €100,000 grant, disbursed over 24 weeks, tied to monthly reports.

Our model is deliberately small and deliberately structured. We are honest about what we expect, and we expect grantees to be honest about what is and isn't working.

Reporting

What we ask for each month.

One short written report per month, with three sections: what happened, what didn't, what's next. Plus a brief financial summary. We provide the template. We don't expect glossy decks.

Annual visit

We come to you, once a year.

A local coordinator visits each project annually. The visit is structured but not adversarial. The goal is to see the work and to be useful.
