What motivated me was the desire to learn, to have professional growth, to have more opportunities and to show that women can also enter the world of technology being the best. I am an Environmental Engineer and I am very proud of it, but in the job where I am, the opportunities for promotion are very limited and the salary is not very compensable with the activities I carry out, which is why I made the decision to take additional courses related to to my career and I started to apply, but in most of these applications one of the requirements is to have at least 5 years of experience, job opportunities in my field are very limited, or they ask for a lot of experience when they do not give you the opportunity to have it, that is why I made the decision to start a career in the world of technology since it is a field that will open many doors for me since I have very good references in it, I feel very excited about this new experience that I will have and I know that at first it will not be easy, but I am already decided, I have a lot of will, commitment and determination, I know that I will be one of the best in the program.
