LIVIA's Story I'm a psychologist that for years had only worked in the field of HR with other colleagues with similar educational backgrounds. Four years ago, I had the opportunity to change areas and I began to work with the IT department assisting with the development of a HR software. I started to get interested in the world of IT when I realized that learning about it, not only coding, helped me improve my communication with them and that coding could also help me with gathering and presenting data about human resources. It was so useful and such a new thing for me that I decided to research more about it.

Improve my communication with other departments inside my current job. Assist my colleagues with their tasks, as I work in a group of 8 developers and I'm the only one with a different background that does not code. My motivation to learn is that I wish to be more useful and be able to help more at my current job.

I have pets, and like to take dog hiking. I also love to play boardgames with my friends and plan trips with them. As for more lonesome hobbies, I love asian culture and I like reading manga.

LIVIA's coding training
