Eza's Story Seeing women in the world of coding and male dominated industries is always so empowering to me. I was introduced to coding through social media and an interest grew from there. I am most interested in learning the languages and how coding translates in real life.

🙋‍♀️ Eza's Motivation

I have a Bachelor of Health degree and I have been trying to get into an honours programme to or find employment with no luck. This sparked the interest to pivot to another career path. The world of technology is forever evolving and in demand. I want to have job security and I believe pivoting to the world of technology will better my chances as there are more opportunities.

🤹‍♀️ Eza's Hobbies

I recently started learning how to knit. Last year I finished an entire book for the first time ever and I was so proud of myself. I plan to read 2 books this year. I also play word games.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
