Ayanda's Story I knew nothing about coding until I got to varsity. The first programming language I learned was C++, and writing my very first “Hello World” program fascinated me. Seeing how a few lines of code could produce an output on the screen made me curious to learn more. I started researching what coding could do and discovered how it is used to build applications, websites, and systems that solve real-world problems. As I continued learning, I enjoyed the logical thinking and problem-solving aspect of programming. Debugging code and finally getting it to work gave me a strong sense of achievement. Over time, coding became more than just a subject—it became a skill I wanted to improve and apply creatively. This curiosity and enjoyment motivated me to keep learning and exploring different ways technology can be used to make tasks easier and more efficient.
